Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to share with us:
- Contact details — your name, phone number and (if you send one) email address, when you message us on WhatsApp, call the shop, or email us.
- Enquiry details — what you tell us about the products, sizes or uniform requirements you are looking for.
- Rewards programme data — if you join Kothiya Rewards, the phone number and purchase information needed to maintain your points balance. That programme runs on a separate site (kothiya-rewards.web.app) and its own terms apply there.
- In-store transactions — basic billing records kept for accounting and tax purposes as required by law.
This website itself does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It does not ask you to create an account or submit a form.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and serve you in the store.
- To prepare and follow up on uniform or bulk orders for schools, colleges and other customers.
- To operate the Kothiya Rewards programme, if you join it.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations that apply to a registered business (GSTIN 27AEUPJ3851N1ZQ).
Messaging platforms
When you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is also handled by WhatsApp / Meta under their own privacy terms. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with customers who have contacted us first or agreed to be contacted. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only where necessary — for example with our accountant or as required by law or a valid legal request. Embedded Google Maps on our contact page is served by Google and subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to help you. Billing and tax records are retained for the period required under Indian law. Rewards data is kept while your membership is active.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting kothiyaenterprises1999@gmail.com.
- Ask us to stop messaging you at any time — reply “STOP” or tell us in the shop.
- Leave the Kothiya Rewards programme at any time to have that profile closed.
Children
We sell children’s clothing and uniforms, but we deal with parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
